Q:

What do I do if I want to exchange my PK ring? The wrong size, colour or damaged?

A:

1. Make sure you select the correct location; (UK) or (Rest of the world). Incorrect location will result in a delay in the exchange process. Then simply click on add to cart, enter all these details into the comments section i.e. when you purchased the ring, order number, colour, and size and ring type.

2. Complete the transaction which will create an order number. A member of staff will then validate the transaction and notify you of shipment details.

3.  Return the ring to the address below;

Note, you must include your order number with the returned ring.

* Please note we will not make shipment unless you have returned the ring to us and appropriate payment for location has been made.
