This is a nice little effect using Ed Marlo's "Olram Subtlety".

This product Come complete with instructions and a package of 6 playing cards with specially printed backs.

So with this trick you basically get one assistant from the audience and then play the "He/She loves me, He/She loves me NOT!"...with playing cards not flowers.
